Welcome to August!
When the heck did that happen?! In celebration of summer I am excited to
share a new discovery with you – Dasani Drops!
Have you tried them yet? Do you
love them?
– at first I was like ok another water enhancer drop…so
what?? But I have been hooked since
first sip! They are so much better than
the drops I have tried before. First of all, a little bit goes a long way! I feel
like the other drops you had to use half the bottle to get any flavor but with
Dasani Drops a little is all you need for perfectly flavored water! But I think the main reason I like these drops so
much is that they come in such unique flavors like Pink Lemonade,
Strawberry-Kiwi, and Pineapple Coconut.
Part of the Dasani Drop VoxBox challenge was to come up with
a new recipe using the Dasani Drops.
Well that got my attention because I love the challenge of coming up
with new recipes and if you have visited the blog before you know I like coming
up with adult beverages (Exhibit A and Exhibit B if you need proof!). So without further ado here is my Dasani Drop Twisted Tropical Limeade:
You will need:
Minute Maid Just 15 Calorie Cherry Limeade
Dasani Drop Pineapple-Coconut and/or Cherry Pomegranate
Vodka (or a light Rum would be delish!)
In a glass with ice, stir together 6 oz of Cherry
Limeade, one squeeze of Dasani Drops (if
you are using 2 flavors, do half a squeeze of each flavor), and a shot of
vodka.
It’s as easy as that!
A low calorie drink made in less than a minute! And it's so easy to mix up - don't feel like alcohol just skip the vodka! Have a different flavor lemonade? Use that instead!
Don't miss a thing - follow me on Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram!
